SEEKING TO FILL BOTH FULL & PART TIME POSITIONS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, building relationships of trust, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide remarkable service to new and existing customers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Preferred: Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Obtain (upon hire) or already have Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
